Hello!

I'm a psychodynamic associate marriage and family therapist who believes that understanding your story is the first step toward rewriting it. With a background in Film & Television Studies from Boston University, I've always been captivated by the narratives that shape our lives. This passion led me to pursue a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles, where I focused on LGBTQ-affirmative psychology, child and adolescent development, and holistic approaches to trauma recovery.

In my practice, I integrate psychodynamic principles with narrative, feminist, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) interventions. This eclectic approach allows us to explore the underlying patterns influencing your thoughts and behaviors, challenge societal norms, and develop practical skills for emotional regulation and resilience.

Therapy with me is a collaborative journey. I offer a space that's as compassionate as it is candid, where humor and insight go hand in hand. Whether you're navigating life transitions, seeking personal growth, or coping with emotional challenges, I'm here to support you in crafting a life story that aligns with your authentic self.

Our space

My office is nestled in a light-filled suite on Santa Monica Boulevard, right in the heart of West Hollywood. The space itself feels like a calm, quiet exhale from the rush of daily life. Just outside, you’ll find the neighborhood’s familiar rhythm of queer joy, sidewalk gardens, and storefronts that tell stories. Metered street parking is available, as well as several paid garages within walking distance.
